Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood? 

    When I’m in a bad mood, I try to distract myself by listening to music, taking a break, or doing something I enjoy. 
    When I’m in a bad mood, I use simple strategies like listening to music, taking breaks, or distracting myself to feel better
    These strategies help me calm down and gain control of my mood doesn’t last all day.
