Prompt:  What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.  The most challenging part of working in a group is communication. There was a time when a group assignment didn’t go as planned because not everyone shared their ideas or completed their part on time. I've learned the importance of clear communication, setting expectations early, and checking in with group members to make sure everyone is on the same page.  The biggest challenge in group work is communication. A group assignment did not go well because of poor communication and uneven participation. From that experience, I learned the importance of communicating clearly, setting roles early, and checking in with group members. These lessons help me work more effectively in group projects now.

  Prompt:  What is the most challenging part of writing an essay for you? Is it brainstorming, organizing ideas, writing a strong thesis, or something else? How do you plan to overcome this challenge? The most challenging part of writing an essay for me is organizing my ideas and putting them down on paper. I  have a lot of thoughts, but it’s hard to put them in a clear order. To overcome this, I plan to make an outline before I start writing so my ideas are more organized and easier to explain. The main challenge I face when writing essays is organizing my ideas clearly and logically. By creating an outline before I begin writing, I better structure my thoughts and make my essays easier to follow. This strategy helps me feel more confident and improves the overall quality of my writing.

  Prompt: Describe a real moment in your life that felt like the beginning of a powerful story. Tell what happened, and why it felt like a turning point in your life? A moment that felt like the start of a new chapter was when I moved to a new school in the middle of the school year. I didn’t know anyone, and everything felt unfamiliar at first. It was a turning point because it forced me to step out of my comfort zone and learn how to adapt and grow. I moved to a new school in the middle of the school year, leaving behind familiar people and routines. Starting over in an unfamiliar place was uncomfortable and challenging. That experience pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me become more adaptable and confident.

Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?  When I’m in a bad mood, I try to distract myself by listening to music, taking a break, or doing something I enjoy.  When I’m in a bad mood, I use simple strategies like listening to music, taking breaks, or distracting myself to feel better These strategies help me calm down and gain control of my mood doesn’t last all day.

  Prompt: Write about something you’ve outgrown but still miss Something I've outgrown was playing with action figures, because toys overall have been really expensive; I couldn't afford any of the figures, and I miss playing and posing them. I outgrew playing with action figures mostly because toys became too expensive, and I couldn’t afford them anymore. I still miss playing and posing them because it was fun and creative, and it reminds me of a simpler time.
