Prompt: Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

When I failed my first math test, I felt really down. My mom told me, “Don't be sad or angry, just be better; it just shows where to improve.” Her words stuck with me. I studied harder for the next test and ended up getting a much better score.

Summary: My mom’s words encouraged me to keep trying after failing a test.

Reflection: I learned that failure can be a lesson, not the end, and effort always pays off.
